Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid subscriptions to Dadan,
a service operated by Link Solutions Ltd (“Dadan”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy, which forms part of our
Terms of Service.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a prorated refund within 14 days of a payment if you
experience any of the following:

  • A demonstrable software malfunction that prevents normal use of the Service;
  • Failure to provide the core advertised services; or
  • Unresolved technical issues that prevent you from using the Service.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our
payment provider, typically within 7–10 business days of approval. The time
it takes for the funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel,
your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not
renew. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not, by itself, trigger a refund
for the current period unless you qualify under Section 1 above.
